Every Monday morning. The report covers all permits filed the prior week. You'll get your first report on the Monday following signup.
Each permit record includes the property address, permit type (new build, renovation, roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.), estimated project value, and contractor name where listed. All sourced from public municipal records.
Reports are licensed for your personal business use only. Reselling or redistributing data to third parties isn't permitted under our Terms of Service. Each person or business that wants access needs their own subscription.
